This week we started learning about volume! As our class discovered, Volume=length x width x height (V=l x w x h) and/or Volume=Area x height (V=B x h). One activity we did to practice the skill was determining the volume of various structures. Students worked together in groups to solve the volume at each station:
The students also loved the following video on volume. They kept begging me to play it over and over again!
