Martin Luther King Jr.
This past week in ELA, Martin Luther King Jr. was the main topic. On Monday, our class broke up into three groups. Each group was responsible for a different play on segregation. The three plays focused on unfair voting opportunities, unfair wages and prejudice actions. In between each performance, we were able to have some wonderful, heartfelt discussions on segregation.
